Guernsey, deriving its name from an area rancher, author and Wyoming legislator Charles A. Guernsey, was incorporated in 1902 and served as an important highway and railway shipping point. Guard troops invade the area for their annual summer training sessions. Located nearby is Guernsey State Park, home of Guernsey Reservoir. Well known for its boating opportunities, the lake is home to no catch-able fish species as it is drawn down each summer for local farmer’s irrigation purposes.
Hiding six miles from the nearest "road" (a barely-discernable dirt track narrow enough to make spelunkers claustrophobic), I'm thinking the fish I am in search of aren't as stupid as I've been told.
